The Dominion DVDs/Blu-rays are now also up for pre-order in the UK, to be released on Feb 2, 2015. No details about special features of the UK version have been released yet.
CAVE: The discs may be region-coded for Europe only (region 2 for DVDs, region B for Blu-rays). The good news is that Universal Home Entertainment is known for not region-locking most of their releases. At the moment we don’t have any way of knowing for certain whether there is a region lock for the Dominion discs.
